Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Behavioral Health Payment Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead policy development and performance initiatives for Behavioral Health payment strategy
• Develop and monitor corporate strategy alignment with payment systems
• Ensure payment policy compliance and accuracy through KPIs and SOPs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
• 10+ years of work in claims processing, payment policy, billing, or contracting
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial Behavioral Health billing
• Extensive background in coding principles and payment systems
• Experience with industry standard payment systems and claim processing
