Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Benefit Operations Testing & QA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team in delivering benefit configuration, testing, and documentation for pharmacy benefit plans
  • Oversee employee performance through scorecards and metrics, providing feedback and coaching
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and ensure data integrity for benefit configurations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a leadership role with direct reports, preferably in a remote setting
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmacy benefits, benefit configuration, or claims processing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience with document management practices is preferred
  • Strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
