Manager of BI Applications

Job Summary

Leading a team in a full-time capacity, the Manager of BI Applications will oversee the administration and production support of BI applications, ensuring a reliable and secure environment while managing personnel functions and aligning team activities with organizational goals, with the flexibility to work remotely and on-site as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day personnel functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management of the BI Applications team
• Lead team projects and initiatives, ensuring coverage of production support activities and adherence to application administration standards
• Communicate team goals and objectives, measure results for alignment, and foster interrelationships among stakeholders dependent on the BI Application Environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a relevant field
• 7 years of relevant analytics experience in BI/EDW or IT Development, including 2 years of technical leadership experience
• Experience managing, recruiting, developing, and leading technical teams
• Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC, ITSM, and privacy and security concepts
• Experience with BI visualization software, data preparation tools, and SQL development
