Job Summary
Leading a team of analysts, the remote Manager of BI Data Analytics will prioritize and deliver analytical insights to enhance business operations while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the director to define team vision, prioritize work, and enhance communication of insights
- Co-create and independently deliver executive narratives and presentations in senior leadership forums
- Manage team development through regular check-ins, coaching, and performance management
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proven people management experience leading a team of 4 or more
- Experience working across multiple business domains with the ability to context-switch effectively
- Strong analytical fluency with the ability to assess methodologies critically
- Familiarity with Databricks or similar cloud-based analytical platforms preferred
