Manager of Billing Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing the day-to-day execution of revenue cycle workflows, the full-time remote Manager of Billing Operations will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in claim processing, cash posting, and billing for both insurance and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing of diagnostic claims, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Lead dual-path billing processes for insurance claims and institutional/client invoicing
• Supervise cash application processes and monitor reconciliation to reduce discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle management experience
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience managing billing or revenue cycle teams
• Strong understanding of insurance billing, client invoicing, and complex coding workflows
• Experience with RCM systems and clearinghouse/EDI transactions
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
