Job Summary

To support a growing analytics function, the full-time Manager of BizOps and Analytics will drive data insights, define key metrics, and influence decision-making across product, growth, and strategic partnerships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define business problems and ensure analyses are aligned with decision-making needs
• Build reports, run analyses, and surface data insights to enhance team performance
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders to drive outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech companies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or Excel
• Proven track record of managing ambiguous analytical challenges and delivering business results
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to leadership
• First principles thinker with a proactive ownership mentality
