Manager of BizOps and Analytics

Job Summary

To support a growing business, the full-time Manager of BizOps and Analytics will drive analytical functions within core business areas such as growth, product, AI and automation, and strategic partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define business problems and determine the appropriate analyses to inform decision-making
• Build reports, run analyses, and surface data insights to drive key metrics for the assigned business unit
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present recommendations and drive strategic outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and influence decisions at the leadership level
• First principles thinker with a focus on understanding problems before analyzing data
