Job Summary
Leading the administration and continuous improvement of bonus programs, the remote full-time Manager of Bonus Operations will manage the Spiff platform, oversee a small operations team, and ensure effective cross-functional partnerships to streamline bonus calculations and payouts across multiple subsidiaries.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the Spiff platform, ensuring accurate bonus calculations and managing technical roadmaps for automation
- Lead and develop the Spiff Team, establishing performance expectations and a robust coverage model
- Facilitate cross-functional partnerships with finance, HR, and operations to ensure smooth bonus processes and effective communication
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years in compensation or finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with complex variable compensation programs in a multi-entity organization
- Strong knowledge of compensation platforms like Spiff or equivalent
- Proven ability to transition bonus operations from reactive to proactive through process improvement
- Executive-level communication skills, comfortable engaging with finance leadership and operational teams
