Manager of Bulk Acquisitions

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Bulk Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Bulk Acquisitions of Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSRs) and ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements
• Negotiate and analyze Purchase and Sale Agreements, and manage the documentation for servicing transfers
• Develop and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and quality control processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8 years of related experience
• Strong knowledge of investor/PSA requirements, RESPA, CFPB, and agency guidelines
• Ability to manage risk exposure and implement compliance programs
• Proven analytical and negotiation skills
• Experience in training and guiding stakeholders
