Manager of Bulk Acquisitions

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Bulk Acquisitions to oversee functions within the Sales & Acquisitions department.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all acquisitions comply with investor/PSA requirements and regulatory guidelines
• Analyze and negotiate Purchase and Sale Agreements and maintain key transfer documents
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance appraisal

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 8 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of investor/PSA requirements, RESPA, CFPB, and agency guidelines
• Ability to manage risk exposure and implement compliance programs
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
