Manager of Burden of Illness

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Burden of Illness (BoI) Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of the BOI program to achieve risk adjustment and revenue goals
• Lead planning, selection, contracting, implementation, and oversight of strategic vendor partners
• Develop metrics and reporting to show program-level productivity and overall impact to the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience leading large-scale projects in healthcare delivery
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in driving clinical improvement and creating market differentiation
• Ability to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges using a risk-based framework
• Experience in supervising operational deployment across markets and lines of business
