Manager of Business Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Analysis and Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analytical deep-dives to uncover actionable insights on marketplace dynamics and user behavior
• Partner with the CFO and business decision makers to shape and operationalize the company's strategic roadmap
• Work closely with various teams to design KPI frameworks and implement a business intelligence roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Expert SQL skills and proficiency in at least one additional programming language and BI tool
• Comfortable working with large datasets and leveraging big data technologies
• Demonstrated ability to link analytics to business outcomes and influence company performance
