Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Analysis & Forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of data-backed revenue forecasting models and regular reporting on business trends
• Perform in-depth analytics to uncover actionable insights on marketplace dynamics and user behavior
• Collaborate with the CFO and stakeholders to shape and operationalize the company's strategic roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Expert SQL skills and proficiency in additional programming languages and BI tools
• Comfortable working with large datasets and leveraging big data technologies
• Demonstrated ability to link analytics to business outcomes and support strategic decisions
