Key Responsibilities

• Design and govern the DevOps lifecycle for business applications, ensuring standardized processes
• Develop and execute a long-term roadmap for business applications, leading end-to-end project lifecycles
• Perform complex system configurations and take ownership of the end-to-end design for builds

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Business Applications or Enterprise Systems management
• Proven track record in Salesforce architecture, with relevant certifications being a plus
• Direct experience implementing or managing HRIS and financial systems
• Experience leading mid-to-large scale system implementations
