Manager of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Business Intelligence to join their technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts and engineers, and own the strategic architecture of the BI environment
• Oversee the extraction and integration of complex datasets into a centralized ecosystem
• Design and deliver internal dashboards and client-facing analytics while maintaining data governance and security standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering
• Strong background in the PEO or HR Tech industry, with knowledge of payroll datasets and HRIS structures
• Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake and SQL, and mastery of Power BI or Looker
