Manager of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

Focused on driving data analytics initiatives, the full-time Manager of Business Intelligence will manage information system strategies and solutions, ensuring high-quality data availability for analysis while working in a hybrid environment with one day onsite in Downtown Orlando.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a technology product delivery leader, collaborating with corporate system leadership to implement information system strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Develop and support Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights into healthcare operations
• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring effective prioritization of initiatives and managing technical resource capacity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field of study
• Five years of experience in data analysis, report writing, and RDMS architectures, with proficiency in multiple reporting and analytic tools
• Three years of leadership experience in a healthcare facility context
• Experience in building and maintaining semantic layers, such as Cubes and Datasets
• Strong understanding of supply chain, finance, or business analytics within healthcare
