Manager of Business Operations

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new verticals, the full-time Manager of Business Operations will manage the development of new products, conducting market research, building business lines, and leading go-to-market strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp on existing products by joining the product team to learn development processes and conduct customer research
• Build a new business line by taking a target vertical from concept to revenue-generating product, including incubation and team hiring
• Analyze data and iterate on product decisions based on customer feedback and market dynamics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or a similar environment
• Proven track record of independently managing ambiguous problems and delivering results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple complex work streams effectively
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders regularly
