Job Summary

To support a growing analytics team, the full-time Manager of Business Operations will drive data insights and decision-making across key business areas, working remotely while collaborating with product, growth, AI, and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and ensure analyses address key problems before execution
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface insights that influence team metrics
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, driving actionable outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech companies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven track record of managing ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions
