A company is looking for a Manager of Business Systems in Underwriting Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team supporting key business systems and processes for the Individual Underwriting department
• Oversee process improvement, operational excellence, project execution, and vendor management
• Develop talent while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Background in project/program management, business analysis, or consulting
• Previous people leadership experience is preferred
• Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, ADKAR, and business analysis frameworks is preferred
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection
