Job Summary

Manager of Business Systems, this fully remote position involves leading the strategy and optimization of enterprise and manufacturing systems in a fast-growing aerospace technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Owner and systems owner for critical enterprise and manufacturing platforms
• Lead business requirements gathering for new systems implementations and workflow redesign initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with various departments to align systems strategy with business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Business Systems, ERP systems, or Business Analysis roles
• Experience operating as a Product Owner or Business Systems Manager
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes across finance, manufacturing, and operations
• Experience gathering business and technical requirements for scalable systems solutions
