Job Summary

Leading complex healthcare implementations, the remote Manager of Business Transformation will oversee the execution of specialty pharmacy and healthcare programs while managing project plans, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of specialty pharmacy and healthcare programs
• Own project plans, timelines, risks, and execution through PMO leadership
• Drive cross-functional workstreams and partner with stakeholders to ensure successful go-lives and adoption

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years in healthcare management consulting or implementation roles
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
• Experience or exposure to healthcare systems, pharmacy, or clinical operations
• Interest in AI/automation in healthcare operations
