Job Summary

Manager of Case Management is a full-time position responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational oversight for clinical services, ensuring quality and efficiency in workflows and staff management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the performance of clinical staff
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and workflow issues
  • Develop and maintain standardized workflows, policies, and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Clinical background in care management or related healthcare operations
  • 2+ years of clinical leadership or people-management experience
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and quality management
  • Experience managing pharmacy-adjacent clinical programs preferred
  • Familiarity with utilization guidelines and clinical decision support tools preferred
