Job Summary
Manager of Case Management is a full-time position responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational oversight for clinical services, ensuring quality and efficiency in workflows and staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the performance of clinical staff
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and workflow issues
- Develop and maintain standardized workflows, policies, and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Clinical background in care management or related healthcare operations
- 2+ years of clinical leadership or people-management experience
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and quality management
- Experience managing pharmacy-adjacent clinical programs preferred
- Familiarity with utilization guidelines and clinical decision support tools preferred
