Manager of Certifications

Job Summary

Leading a global user certification program, the full-time remote Manager of Certifications will manage a team of Certification Specialists, oversee exam processes, and ensure the integrity and scalability of the certification offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a remote team, managing daily operations, proctoring assignments, and grading audits
• Build and enhance scalable systems and workflows to support the certification program's growth and efficiency
• Oversee the certification pipeline, ensuring timely exam scheduling and results processing while maintaining testing security protocols

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• 8 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in customer training or certification operations for technical products
• 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring a remote team
• 1+ years of hands-on experience using HighLevel, with preference for those who have achieved HighLevel Certified Admin status
• Familiarity with online learning management systems (LMS) and proctoring/scheduling software suites
