Manager of Change Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead change initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver OCM plans, including stakeholder engagement and training
• Lead cross-functional projects to achieve change outcomes without formal authority
• Coach and educate business leaders to enhance their change leadership skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) required
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading transformational initiatives
• At least 3 years of management experience
• Proven ability to lead multiple change initiatives simultaneously
