Job Summary
To lead and scale a team of Channel Partner Managers, the full-time Manager of Channel Partnerships will develop and implement programs across key categories, driving partner relationships that generate high-quality opportunities while working remotely or from the office in New York or Phoenix.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Partner Managers to source and grow partner-led pipelines
- Build and iterate on partner programs, playbooks, and engagement models across various categories
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support partner-sourced opportunities and improve partner experiences
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in partnerships, channel management, or related roles
- Prior experience managing teams that support partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
- Demonstrated success in coaching quota-carrying, partner-facing individual contributors
- Experience building or scaling teams, programs, or processes in a growing or ambiguous environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales and Success teams
