Job Summary
Leading a team of fraud investigators, the full-time Manager of Claims and Fraud Operations will oversee fraud prevention efforts, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team focused on fraud investigations and loss recovery
- Establish and monitor performance standards aligned with regulatory and operational objectives
- Collaborate with law enforcement and internal stakeholders to enhance fraud detection and prevention controls
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of banking experience, preferably in operations and fraud prevention
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of BSA requirements and SAR referral standards
- Experience managing high-volume investigative teams
