Job Summary
Leading the transformation of Claims Operations, the full-time Manager of Claims Automation will design and implement automation and AI-enabled workflow solutions remotely, enhancing efficiency and member experience through data-driven improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the digitization and automation of priority Claims Operations workflows to improve cycle time and accuracy
- Design scalable automated workflows and maintain dashboards for measuring performance and effectiveness
- Own end-to-end delivery for claims automation initiatives, including requirements definition and implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field or 4 years of relevant experience
- 5 years of experience in digitizing operational workflows, application development, or data analysis
- 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting, including dashboard creation
- 3 years of management experience with accountability for team development and quality delivery
- Familiarity with claims operations or similar process-driven domains
