Job Summary
To support a fast-moving marketing and operations agency, the full-time remote Manager of Client Delivery will own the optimization of client delivery workflows, enhance client experiences, and drive process improvements through collaboration with execution leads and project managers.
Key responsibilities
- Map and document core delivery workflows, ensuring metrics are in place to track performance and client satisfaction
- Redesign and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness while coordinating offshore and onshore teams
- Build systems and reporting mechanisms that provide leadership with visibility into delivery health and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in delivery operations, agency or BPO operations, or process improvement within a services company
- Direct, hands-on experience coordinating both offshore and onshore teams
- Strong project management foundation with the ability to influence and drive change without direct authority
- Proven track record of redesigning workflows and successfully implementing process changes
- High technical fluency with experience in workflow tools and metrics instrumentation
