Manager of Client Onboarding

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding and integration process for new clients, the full-time Manager of Client Onboarding will ensure a seamless transition from contract execution to go-live while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and integration experience for new clients, ensuring successful delivery and risk mitigation
• Lead onboarding engagements, adapting processes to meet client-specific needs and maintaining proactive communication
• Partner with internal teams to support system configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting during the onboarding phase

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or client-facing operations, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management
• Experience working cross-functionally with Data Integration, Operations, and Client Success teams
• Familiarity with EHR systems, healthcare workflows, or revenue cycle operations is strongly preferred
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
