Job Summary
To support a 24x7x365 virtual primary care clinic, the remote Manager of Clinical Operations will oversee non-clinician care team operations, manage clinician scheduling, and drive patient queue management while utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Directly supervise and develop the non-clinician care team, setting performance expectations and quality standards
- Own clinician scheduling and coverage planning, making real-time staffing decisions to meet operational needs
- Manage patient queue flow and throughput, implementing process improvements to optimize care delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in clinical or healthcare operations, with direct clinic management experience
- 3+ years of experience supervising non-clinician staff
- Proven ability in clinician scheduling and real-time queue management
