Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Payor & Policy Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and promote value propositions to influence medical policy and expand payer coverage
• Collaborate with the Market Access team to execute payer outreach strategies for optimal access to CMI products
• Maintain knowledge of the payer landscape and track changes in coverage policies to enhance patient access

Required Qualifications

• A graduate degree in relevant fields or a combination of a bachelor's degree and relevant experience in market access and reimbursement
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare, health insurance, or molecular diagnostic setting
• Understanding of healthcare delivery systems, including commercial and government programs
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general business internet use
