Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Manager of Clinical Services will oversee the Hospital Bill Audit team, ensuring high-quality reviews and operational support while maintaining strong client relationships in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hospital bill audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
• Identify gaps and provide staff education to enhance audit quality and drive revenue performance
• Coach and mentor clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training for success

Required qualifications

• Registered Nurse credentials preferred
• Active coding certification, such as CCS, CPC, or CIC
• Extensive experience in overseeing hospital bill audits and high dollar audits
• Experience in training and managing a team
• Strong knowledge of coding guidelines and payer policies
