Job Summary

To lead a cohesive regional team of Study Management Associates, the full-time remote Manager of Clinical Trial Managers II will drive best-in-class study execution, support professional growth, and ensure adherence to corporate policies while managing performance and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive best-in-class study execution by fostering an inclusive and empowering environment focused on skill enhancement and continuous learning
• Manage performance of direct reports, including setting measurable goals and conducting performance discussions
• Support professional development of SMAs through mentoring and individualized development plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a health care or scientific field
• Extensive experience in clinical research and study operations management
• Proven experience in managing direct reports and coaching/mentoring in a matrix environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an understanding of ICH and GCP guidelines
• Demonstrated success in study execution across global geographies and multiple therapeutic areas
