Job Summary

Overseeing the planning and execution of coaching services, the full-time Manager of Coaching Services will ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards while enhancing team performance and member experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a coaching services team, focusing on achieving corporate and team goals
  • Oversee quality monitoring processes and conduct performance reviews to enhance coaching staff effectiveness
  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing resource utilization and collaborating with cross-functional teams for process improvements
Required qualifications
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Advanced degree in a health-related field (Nursing, Behavior, Nutrition, or Exercise)
  • NBC-HWC certification or ICF coach accreditation strongly desired
  • Clinical knowledge in Chronic Condition Management
  • Experience with various technologies including MS Office Suite and Salesforce
