Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Coding Compliance (Remote) in the Neurology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Coding Coordinators to ensure timely charge capture and maximize revenue
• Interact with faculty regarding coding, charge capture, compliance, and billing issues
• Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and develop educational materials for faculty

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
• No specific certification or professional license required
