A company is looking for a Manager, Collection Strategy & Audit Recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, focusing on collections and minimizing bad debt
• Develop and implement collections strategies, utilizing technology for efficient account management
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations while overseeing litigation activities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in collections or revenue cycle management, preferably in commercial insurance
• 7+ years of leadership experience in collections or litigation operations
• Extensive experience managing third-party collection vendors and overseeing litigation processes
• Deep understanding of the premium billing cycle and Workers' Compensation regulations
• Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency with insurance billing systems and ERP platforms
