Manager of Commercial Analytics

Job Summary

To support a growing commercial operations team, the remote Manager of Commercial Planning & Analytics will own capacity reporting, design analytical frameworks, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain capacity reporting across all data center sites, providing visibility into power, space, and connectivity availability
• Design and manage commercial dashboards and reporting tools to deliver insights into product profitability and portfolio performance
• Establish data governance standards and serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and Operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered
• 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, capacity planning, or a closely related analytics function, preferably in data center or technology infrastructure
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP/CRM platforms; familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
