Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, the full-time Manager of Commercial Operations will manage customer relationships, support sales teams in various cross-functional activities, and lead standardization efforts for policies and processes, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and serve as the primary post-sale contact for assigned customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive strategies and establish performance benchmarks
  • Identify upselling opportunities and drive continuous improvement within assigned markets
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in customer success management, sales operations, or customer support within a commercial environment
  • Experience in developing process improvement procedures related to planning and contract administration
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with key operational contacts and implement benchmarking tools
  • Familiarity with Oracle order management, Salesforce, Agile, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office products
