Job Summary
To enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, the full-time Manager of Commercial Operations will manage customer relationships, support sales teams in various cross-functional activities, and lead standardization efforts for policies and processes, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and serve as the primary post-sale contact for assigned customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive strategies and establish performance benchmarks
- Identify upselling opportunities and drive continuous improvement within assigned markets
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in customer success management, sales operations, or customer support within a commercial environment
- Experience in developing process improvement procedures related to planning and contract administration
- Proven ability to manage relationships with key operational contacts and implement benchmarking tools
- Familiarity with Oracle order management, Salesforce, Agile, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office products
