Job Summary
To enhance commercial operations, the remote Manager of Commercial Operations will own deal desk operations, maintain contracting standards, and ensure pipeline hygiene while collaborating with cross-functional teams during US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Manage deal desk operations, providing pricing guidance and structuring complex deals
- Execute standard SOWs and MSAs while maintaining contracting standards in collaboration with various teams
- Oversee pipeline hygiene and forecasting inputs, conducting regular reviews to focus leadership on critical deals and risks
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, commercial operations, or a similar sales function
- Strong financial acumen with familiarity in pricing logic and deal structuring
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
- Practical experience using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships effectively
