Manager of Commercial Proposals

Job Summary

Owning the proposal process for eCOA and IRT solutions, the full-time Manager of Commercial Proposals will manage multiple requests, collaborate with Sales and Operations teams, and ensure proposals meet client needs while improving proposal quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the proposal process, including managing assigned proposals and revisions
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to address client requests in proposals and conduct sponsor demonstrations as needed
• Continuously update and improve internal and client-specific proposal content and templates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3+ years in clinical trial operations or commercial support, focusing on eCOA or IRT
• At least 1+ years of experience in developing proposals and RFP responses
• Experience reading and interpreting clinical protocols
• Prior experience supporting business development preferred
