Manager of Communications

Job Summary

To build and lead the communications function for a technology and innovation center of excellence, the full-time Manager of Communications will develop multi-tier communications strategies, manage change management communications, and establish a centralized content strategy while working remotely from the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive communications strategy for various organizational tiers, ensuring alignment and clarity
• Design and execute communication strategies for technology deployments and organizational changes across the GISI family of companies
• Build and maintain a centralized library of communications materials and manage marketing consultants for branding and content production

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or change management communications
• Demonstrated experience building a communications program or function with limited precedent
• Proven ability to develop and execute communications strategies for large-scale technology or organizational change programs
• Strong writing, editing, and narrative-shaping skills across diverse audience types
• Familiarity with enterprise internal communications platforms and project management tools
