Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Planning & Compensation Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain forward-looking advisor compensation calculators and modeling tools
  • Partner with recruiting and finance organizations to provide profitability insights and multi-year forecasts
  • Provide subject matter expertise on compensation practices and maintain self-serve reporting for home office requests
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Minimum of 3 years in a reporting or analytical capacity, preferably with complex data feeds
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience managing large data files
  • Familiarity with data languages such as SQL or Python is a plus
  • Understanding of financial services landscape, particularly advisor and sales leader incentives
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and manage multiple priorities
