Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Planning & Compensation Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain forward-looking advisor compensation calculators and modeling tools
- Partner with recruiting and finance organizations to provide profitability insights and multi-year forecasts
- Provide subject matter expertise on compensation practices and maintain self-serve reporting for home office requests
Required Qualifications and Education
- Minimum of 3 years in a reporting or analytical capacity, preferably with complex data feeds
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience managing large data files
- Familiarity with data languages such as SQL or Python is a plus
- Understanding of financial services landscape, particularly advisor and sales leader incentives
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and manage multiple priorities
