Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Complaints and Issues (Claim CTMs).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the team responsible for customer complaints and issues resolution, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards
- Analyze trends in customer complaints and recommend solutions to senior leadership
- Provide guidance to team members on complex customer complaints and oversee training and onboarding of new employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of related experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to customer complaints
- Experience in managing team performance and collaboration across departments
