• Supervise the Complex Claims Unit handling liability losses and files with potential or active litigation
• Promote customer service excellence and ensure claims meet quality and regulatory requirements
• Manage performance, training, development, and coaching of the assigned team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of property claims experience
• 5+ years of large loss property claims experience
• 5+ years of property liability claims experience
• 3+ years of litigation claims handling experience
