Manager of Compliance Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Compliance & Delegate Oversight Reporting and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring framework for compliance and oversight
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support performance improvement
• Conduct root cause analysis and trend evaluations on compliance issues and delegate performance gaps

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, compliance reporting, or regulatory oversight
• 2+ years of experience leading analysts or project teams
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Public Health, or related field
• Proficiency in SQL and/or BI tools for report and dashboard development
• Experience producing reporting and insights in regulated environments
