Manager of Compliance and Asset Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Compliance and Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with underwriting and structuring NMTC transactions ensuring compliance with tax code and allocation agreements
• Prepare annual CDE compliance reports to the U.S. Treasury Department's CDFI Fund via the AMIS reporting system
• Monitor CDE compliance with NMTC Program and Allocation Agreement, including performing Sub-All and Redemption testing

Required Qualifications

• BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in community development finance, structured finance, or commercial loans
• Knowledge of tax credit financing with specific experience with NMTC required
• Experience working with CDEs, lenders, and investors
• Proficiency in Excel
