Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Compliance & Ethics Investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth US-based compliance and ethics investigations with integrity and confidentiality
• Develop best-in-class investigatory processes and mentor junior investigators
• Prepare metrics, reports, and presentations on investigation activities and findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in liberal arts or a similar field
• At least 7+ years of investigative experience
• Understanding of healthcare and/or compliance, or strong ability to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer skills
• Strong project management skills with a track record of quality and operational improvements
