Manager of Consumer Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Consumer Protection & AI Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Consumer Compliance program for consumer protection, marketing, sales, and AI regulatory matters
• Act as the subject matter expert on consumer and AI laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across the organization
• Develop and manage Corporate Consumer Compliance policies and training, while monitoring regulatory changes and their implications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7+ years of experience in a risk, compliance, or audit role, preferably in a technology or financial institution
• Extensive understanding of global consumer laws and regulations, including AI and consumer protection statutes
• Experience in managing and analyzing consumer complaints
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory language and communicate findings effectively
