Leading a team of global Startup Contract Managers, the full-time Manager of Contract Management will oversee renewal strategies, contract negotiations, and customer partnership management in a remote environment while driving operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

• Coach and develop a team of Startup Contract Managers focused on renewals and commercial negotiations
• Build scalable processes and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience

Required qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing teams in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record in managing complex renewals and contract negotiations
• Strong understanding of renewal strategy, forecasting, and long-term account planning
• Experience in building scalable systems and operational processes
