Manager of Control Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Governance focused on operational risk management within the U.S. Consumer Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal and external exam management processes, ensuring regulatory adherence
• Advise on operational risk management execution plans and develop the operational risk framework
• Manage risk and controls governance forums and support the integration of regulatory changes into the Operational Risk framework

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational risk management or related fields
• Strong project management experience
• Experience in process governance aligned with policies and regulatory frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
